Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, with careful packaging and attention to detail.

Delivery Rescheduling

You can reschedule your delivery twice for your convenience.

If delivery attempts exceed three times without success, the order will be automatically canceled.

Order Delays

If an order is delayed for more than 7 days, it will be automatically canceled by the shipping company.

Cancellations and Fees

Orders can be canceled free of charge within two hours of being placed.

If a fan order is canceled after it has reached the shipping stage, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Handling Packages

Orders cannot be opened upon delivery. However, our return and exchange policy allows you to inspect your products at home and contact us for any returns or exchanges if needed.
