Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 24 hours of receiving your shipment (shipping fees may apply).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item(s) received are damaged, defective, the wrong size, undesirable, or not the item ordered.
The warranty on stainless steel products is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase against discoloration.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Products
Our jewelry/personalized items can only be returned or exchanged within the first 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
